Yesterdays Telegraph had an interesting report from Savills saying that capital flows out of the overheating London property market are driving up prices in commuter belt and that is definitely happening in Hertfordshire. The large majority of people I show around houses in Hertford, Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas are moving out of London to avoid the overcrowding and to cash in on the fantastic prices they are getting for their properties. The effect is that every house we sell has multiple bidders and often goes at or above asking price. http://bit.ly/1onc2MA
