Recent research by Zoopla has shown that house sellers are significantly more confident about the market in 2018 than they were a year ago and this is especially so in the Est of England and South East – great news for our clients in Hertford, Welwyn Garden City and the rest of Hertfordshire. This chimes with what we are seeing, which is an uplift in buyer activity this month even compared to the first quarter in 2018. Sellers still need to beware agents deliberately over-valuing to win their business which one or two do routinely (we won’t name names!) as if the price isn’t accurate you simply won’t sell.
